Responsibility
- Provide first-line IT support for staff, diagnose hardware and software issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Administer and support ERP systems, including user access, modules, and data integrity.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, printers, and software applications.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity, email services, backups, and security controls.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and IT assets; coordinate with vendors for maintenance and procurement.
- Maintain up-to-date IT documentation, SOPs, and end-user guides; deliver basic training to staff as needed.
- Support data backup, disaster recovery planning, and routine security patches to protect company data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and ERP-integrations.
Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field; equivalent practical experience also acceptable.
- Minimum 3 years of IT support, helpdesk, or IT operations experience.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, MS Office, Windows operating systems, and computer hardware.
- Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN), troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with IT security practices.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCP/MCSE) are a plus.
