Responsibility
- Monitor and support daily IT operations across systems and applications to ensure reliability
- Respond to incidents and service requests with guided escalation and timely resolution
- Assist with change and release management, including documentation and scheduling
- Participate in problem management and root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (security, networking, applications) to resolve issues
- Analyze operational data and generate dashboards to improve service levels
- Document processes and maintain runbooks and knowledge base articles
- Support onboarding, training, and user support for new and existing staff
Qualification
- Recent graduate or final-year student in any discipline; STEM exposure is helpful but not required
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Fast learner with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong teamwork skills
- Interest in IT operations, networks, or cloud basics
- Comfort with data, metrics, and basic reporting tools (e.g., Excel)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to participate in rotations and on-the-job training
