Private Advertiser is actively seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale technology initiatives across multiple streams. In this role, you will own the end-to-end project lifecycle, partner with business and IT stakeholders, and drive successful delivery that aligns with organizational goals. You will supervise cross-functional teams, manage budgets, govern risk, and ensure quality across software, infrastructure, and security programs. Based in Batu Kawan, Penang, you will collaborate with product, operations, and technology teams to translate complex requirements into actionable plans, monitor progress, and communicate clear status to leadership.

Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multi-stream IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define clear requirements, success metrics, and acceptance criteria.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, budgets, risk registers, and change control processes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across software development, infrastructure, security, QA, and operations.
- Monitor project performance with KPIs, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track.
- Drive governance, status reporting, and stakeholder communications, including executive briefings and steering committee meetings.
- Manage vendor relationships, third-party integrations, and procurement activities as needed.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager delivering complex technology initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and PMO practices.
- Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and effective stakeholder management with excellent communication skills.
- Experience with budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and change control in IT projects.
- Familiarity with IT governance, security standards, and compliance requirements; exposure to ERP/CRM implementations is advantageous.
- Strong vendor management, contract negotiation, and vendor performance measurement skills.
- Analytical thinker with problem-solving ability, adaptability, and a collaborative leadership style.
