Responsibility
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users in a timely manner
- Resolve technical issues efficiently and escalate when necessary
- Create and update user documentation and guides
- Maintain service desk systems and ensure data accuracy
- Assist in training new employees on IT systems and processes
Qualification
- Fluency in Spanish and English languages
- Previous experience in IT service desk or technical support role
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
