Comworks is seeking an IT Specialist to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical resolution regarding online web applications integration and functionalities.
Responsibility
- Provide technical support for online web applications
- Assist in integration and maintenance of software systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure system performance
- Document technical processes and procedures
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience in IT support and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of web application integration
