Risefully Inc. is seeking a proactive IT Staff to join our technology team in Pasolo, Metro Manila. This full-time role focuses on installing CCTV systems, maintaining reliable internet connectivity, and providing essential on-site IT support for our operations.
As an IT Staff, you will be the frontline caretaker of our security and connectivity infrastructure. You will install and configure CCTV cameras and network devices, monitor system performance, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. Your work will ensure that business operations run smoothly and securely.

Responsibility
- Install, configure, and test CCTV systems (IP cameras, NVRs/DVRs) across sites in Pasolo and nearby areas.
- Maintain reliable internet connectivity and troubleshoot network devices (routers, switches, access points) to minimize downtime.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on hardware, cabling, and security infrastructure; document changes and network maps.
- Provide on-site IT support to staff, including software installation, printer setup, and basic user assistance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CCTV and network incidents in a timely manner; escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
- Collaborate with facilities and security teams to ensure system uptime and safety compliance.
- Assist in inventory management of IT and security equipment, and support procurement requests as needed.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; preferred associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of CCTV systems, IP cameras, NVRs/DVRs, and PoE networking.
- Fundamental networking skills (LAN/WAN, DHCP, basic router configuration).
- Hands-on hardware troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities; familiarity with Windows and macOS is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer-service orientation; ability to work with non-technical staff.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new tasks as part of a growing ICT team; physically capable of light lifting (up to 25 lbs).
- Ability to work on-site and during occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
