Private Advertiser is seeking a proactive IT Support Engineer Level 1 to join our Singapore team. This full time, Mon–Fri role is designed for organized problem solvers who enjoy helping users and keeping technology running smoothly. As the first point of contact for staff, you will deliver high quality helpdesk support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure reliable device and network performance. You will manage user access, assist with cloud and OT related tasks, and collaborate with a small IT team to implement standard operating procedures, security controls, and IT service delivery best practices. We offer a competitive salary of SGD 2,800–3,000 per month, along with transport allowance, comprehensive medical coverage, and paid leave. Responsibility

  • Provide first line IT support to staff via phone, email and in person, resolving hardware, software and network issues efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose problems across Windows and macOS endpoints; assist users with basic Linux tasks where needed.
  • Assist with user provisioning, password resets and access management for local and cloud services.
  • Install, image and maintain devices including desktops, laptops and peripherals; manage software deployment and updates.
  • Monitor network connectivity, VPN access and WiFi reliability; escalate complex network issues to senior team members.
  • Support AWS related tasks and cloud service requests; collaborate with IT peers to optimize cloud and OT systems.
  • Participate in asset management, inventory checks and procurement support; ensure devices are secure and compliant.
  • Document incidents and resolutions; contribute to and update the internal knowledge base to improve service delivery.

Qualification

  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or proven equivalent IT experience.
  • 1+ year of IT support or helpdesk experience with a customer focused mindset.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and macOS; basic familiarity with Linux is a plus.
  • Fundamental networking knowledge including LAN/WAN, VPN and wireless concepts; experience with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace is preferred.
  • Willingness to learn cloud services such as AWS and OT related systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non technical users.
  • Ability to work Monday–Friday with reliability in a fast paced environment and a proactive attitude.
  • Self motivated, detail oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
