We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional technical support to our Chinese-speaking clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing server deliveries, resolving technical issues, and offering timely assistance on rotating shifts.
Responsibility
- Manage server deliveries and installations
- Provide technical support to Chinese-speaking clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Ensure timely assistance and high-level customer service
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve systems and processes
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English
- Experience in IT support or a similar role
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
