Responsibility

  • Support health screening operations by managing client flow, scheduling, and documentation to ensure a smooth patient experience.
  • Collect specimens for basic lab tests and ensure proper labeling and handling under supervision.
  • Prepare and process samples according to SOPs; maintain chain of custody and traceability.
  • Measure vital signs and record results in electronic health records; ensure accuracy and privacy.
  • Assist clinicians in health education, counseling, and sharing test results with patients in a clear, empathetic manner.
  • Maintain strict infection control, clean and disinfect work areas, and ensure equipment is ready for use.

Qualification

  • Diploma or certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
