We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Back-of-House (BOH) team to join our fast-paced kitchen environment. If you are passionate about Japanese cuisine, skilled at meat slicing, adept at cooking assistance, and have a flair for creating mocktail beverages, we want to hear from you!
Responsibility
- Prepare Japanese dishes according to recipes
- Slice various meats for kitchen use
- Assist the cooks in meal preparation
- Create and serve mocktail beverages to customers
Qualification
- Prior experience in Japanese cuisine preferred
- Familiarity with operating meat slicers
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
