Responsibility

  • Prepare and plate simple Korean dishes following recipes and quality standards
  • Assist in food preparation and cooking tasks as directed by the kitchen lead
  • Manage counter service including greeting guests, taking orders, and processing payments
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and service areas and comply with hygiene regulations
