Responsibility

  • Perform routine and non-routine analytical testing of samples using validated methods.
  • Prepare, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
  • Ensure accuracy and traceability of data; record results in LIMS and paper records.
  • Follow GMP, GLP, and safety protocols; maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Participate in method validation, troubleshooting, and quality control activities.
  • Prepare submission documentation and generate reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory use.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Production) to support process optimization and product release testing.
  • Assist with inventory management of reagents and consumables; adhere to waste management and waste disposal procedures.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of laboratory experience in a regulated environment; strong candidates with relevant coursework may be considered.
  • Solid knowledge of laboratory techniques (e.g., spectrophotometry, chromatography, microbiology).
  • Proficiency with data recording, Microsoft Excel, and LIMS; strong documentation and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with GMP/GLP and safety regulations; ability to follow SOPs and quality systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in Bogor and willingness to support shift work if required.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English reading for technical materials is beneficial.
