Join Saraswanti Indo Genetech as a Laboratory Analyst in Bogor, Indonesia. In this role, you will perform routine and non-routine analyses using validated methods, prepare and calibrate instruments, and maintain the integrity of data by documenting results in our LIMS and primary records. You will uphold GMP/GLP practices and safety guidelines, participate in method validation and troubleshooting, and support QA investigations and CAPA processes as needed. You will also work with R&D and production teams to support process optimization and release testing, contributing to high-quality outcomes for customers and patients.

Responsibility
- Perform routine and non-routine analytical testing of samples using validated methods.
- Prepare, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Ensure accuracy and traceability of data; record results in LIMS and paper records.
- Follow GMP, GLP, and safety protocols; maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Participate in method validation, troubleshooting, and quality control activities.
- Prepare submission documentation and generate reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory use.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Production) to support process optimization and product release testing.
- Assist with inventory management of reagents and consumables; adhere to waste management and waste disposal procedures.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of laboratory experience in a regulated environment; strong candidates with relevant coursework may be considered.
- Solid knowledge of laboratory techniques (e.g., spectrophotometry, chromatography, microbiology).
- Proficiency with data recording, Microsoft Excel, and LIMS; strong documentation and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with GMP/GLP and safety regulations; ability to follow SOPs and quality systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in Bogor and willingness to support shift work if required.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English reading for technical materials is beneficial.
