Responsibility
- Perform routine laboratory analyses and testing in accordance with SOPs to ensure accurate and reliable results.
- Prepare specimens, reagents, and calibration standards; maintain traceability of all materials used in analyses.
- Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments (such as spectrophotometers, pH meters, and other common analyzers).
- Record data meticulously in electronic lab notebooks and generate clear, structured reports for internal stakeholders.
- Assist in method development and optimization of testing procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant workspace; manage inventory of reagents and proper waste disposal in line with safety policies.
- Collaborate with QA, Production, and other departments to support product quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
Qualification
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field.
- 1+ year of laboratory experience, preferably in a regulated or production environment.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and meticulous data documentation.
- Proficiency with basic lab techniques and common analytical instruments; ability to learn new equipment quickly.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and waste management; commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and basic ELN/LIMS or equivalent data management tools; strong organizational skills.
