You will lead creative sessions, mentor junior stylists, and deliver exceptional color, cut, and styling services that elevate our standards of luxury.
What you will do: build and maintain a loyal client base, consult with clients to establish hair goals, execute precision cuts, advanced color techniques including balayage and color correction, perform keratin and smoothing treatments, create updos for events, and ensure impeccable sanitation and service standards.

Responsibility
- Lead client consultations to assess goals and recommend services.
- Deliver high-quality cuts, color, and styling for men and women.
- Perform advanced color techniques (balayage, highlights, color corrections).
- Provide keratin smoothing treatment and other texturizing services as trained.
- Mentor and train junior stylists to maintain service standards.
- Maintain salon cleanliness, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Manage appointment flow, upsell retail products, and drive client retention.
- Collaborate with the creative team on trend-driven looks and seasonal services.
Qualification
- California cosmetology license in good standing.
- 5+ years of professional styling experience in a salon environment.
- Proficiency in balayage, color corrections, and modern cutting techniques.
- Outstanding communication and client-relations skills.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse techniques and styles.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with a high-performing team.
- Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Commitment to sanitation, safety, and professional ethics.
