As a Lead Makeup Artist, you will mentor junior artists, execute flawless makeup looks, and collaborate with photographers and stylists to deliver exceptional results for high-profile clients.

Responsibility
- Lead and deliver professional makeup looks for bridal, editorial, and private events with precision and style.
- Consult with clients to design looks that enhance features while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.
- Direct junior artists on set, manage timing, and ensure seamless collaboration with photographers and stylists.
- Maintain impeccable kit organization, sanitation protocols, and proper product usage across sessions.
- Stay current with trends, color theory, and luxury-brand techniques to elevate client experiences.
- Provide on-site and remote makeup consultations, regimes, and post-event touch-ups when required.
- Engage in ongoing training and product education to uphold brand standards.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional makeup artistry experience in bridal, editorial, or fashion contexts.
- Portfolio demonstrating diverse looks, including bridal, editorial, and red-carpet applications.
- Expertise in skin care, color theory, and product knowledge across luxury brands.
- Proficiency with airbrush techniques, contouring, color correction, and long-wear finishes.
- On-set experience with photographers and lighting, ability to adapt looks to camera and environment.
- Excellent client service, communication, and time-management skills; confident collaboration under pressure.
- Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings in New York City.
- Authorized to work in the United States; valid beauty license or certification as required by state regulations.
