Responsibility
- Lead makeup design for all events, shoots, and in-studio client bookings.
- Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and producers to achieve creative vision.
- Consult with clients to tailor looks to skin tone, event type, and personal style.
- Set up and maintain a sanitary, organized workstation and kit.
- Provide on-set direction and troubleshoot makeup continuity during shoots.
- Mentor and train junior artists, sharing techniques and product insights.
- Develop signature looks and manage inventory, including product sourcing and approvals.
- Ensure on-time arrival and efficient workflow for large events with multiple talents.
Qualification
- Minimum 4 years of professional makeup artistry experience, with on-camera and/or bridal work.
- Proficient in complexion correction, color theory, contouring, and long-wear makeup.
- Strong on-set experience and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and client-relations skills.
- Portfolio demonstrating diverse skin tones and looks; ability to adapt to various styles.
- Sanitation and safety training; knowledge of sanitation practices and kit hygiene.
- Comfort with carrying and organizing a multi-brand kit; willingness to travel for shoots or events.
- Availability for flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
