Elevate Wellness & Fitness is seeking a Lead Personal Trainer to join our premium studio in San Francisco. You will design high-impact fitness programs, guide clients toward transformative results, and contribute to a culture of excellence.
As a Lead Personal Trainer, you will mentor junior trainers, lead small group sessions, and collaborate with our wellness team to deliver holistic programming.

Responsibility
- Conduct initial assessments, set goals, and establish baseline measurements to tailor personalized training plans.
- Design and implement safe, evidence-based programs across strength, conditioning, and mobility.
- Monitor client progress through regular re-evaluations and adjust plans accordingly.
- Coach with empathy, motivation, and clear communication to maximize adherence and results.
- Lead small-group sessions and workshops to broaden client reach and enhance community.
- Maintain impeccable studio standards, safety protocols, and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with nutrition and wellness staff to offer integrated client support.
- Mentor junior trainers and contribute to staff development and onboarding.
Qualification
- Current certification from NASM, ACE, NSCA, ISSA, or equivalent as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT).
- CPR/AED certification and a strong commitment to client safety.
- Minimum 2+ years of professional personal training experience with a diverse client base.
- Excellent communication, motivational skills, and client relationship management.
- Proven ability to design evidence-based training programs and track progress.
- Knowledge of basic nutrition guidelines and ability to support clients’ dietary goals within scope.
- Sales mindset with ability to convert trial clients into long-term memberships; strong CRM/gym software proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
