Join Aurora Labs as a Lead Product Manager and shape the future of our cloud native SaaS platform. This high-visibility role reports to the VP of Product and is based in Seattle.
You will collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and customer success to define a clear product strategy, build a compelling roadmap, and deliver measurable outcomes that delight customers and drive revenue growth.
Responsibility
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Gather and synthesize customer insights, market trends, and analytics to inform prioritization.
- Lead cross functional teams in delivering features from concept to launch with quality and on time.
- Translate business goals into clearly defined requirements, success metrics, and user stories.
- Collaborate with design and UX to craft intuitive user experiences.
- Apply data to measure outcomes, run experiments, and iterate quickly.
- Serve as a product advocate, manage stakeholders, and communicate progress to executives.
Qualification
- 5+ years in product management, preferably across SaaS or cloud platforms.
- Track record shipping products from concept to GA with measurable impact.
- Strong customer empathy and experience in user research.
- Data driven decision making with SQL or related analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across diverse teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and cross functional collaboration.
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field; MBA a plus.
