As a Lead Sports Coach, you will design and implement training programs, monitor athlete progress, and mentor assistant coaches to ensure safe, effective, and inspiring sessions.

Responsibility
- Lead and supervise daily training sessions for multiple age groups across specified sports.
- Design sport-specific training plans aligned with season goals and performance metrics.
- Assess athletes' technical and physical development and provide actionable feedback.
- Mentor junior coaches and interns, promoting safe coaching practices and program continuity.
- Collaborate with strength and conditioning staff to integrate conditioning into sport programs.
- Monitor injury prevention protocols and respond to injuries with appropriate referrals.
- Engage parents and stakeholders with clear communication and progress updates.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Science, or a related field (or equivalent coaching experience).
- Certified coach credentials relevant to the sport (e.g., USSF, USATF, NFHS, or national governing body).
- Minimum 3 years coaching experience with demonstrated athlete development results.
- Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to design safe, evidence-based training programs and track progress using metrics.
- First Aid/CPR certification and knowledge of injury prevention strategies.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required by the program schedule.
