Job description

Momentum Performance Academy is seeking a dynamic, results-focused Sports Coach to lead multi-sport coaching across youth and adult programs in Austin, Texas. You will design engaging, evidence-based drills, assess athlete development, and foster a positive, inclusive training environment that empowers participants to reach their goals.

Responsibility

  • Lead and coach multi-sport training sessions for youth and adults, ensuring structured progression and measurable outcomes.
  • Design and implement periodized practice plans aligned with season goals and athlete development milestones.
  • Monitor safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and maintain a safe, inclusive environment for all participants.
  • Provide timely feedback, track performance metrics, and adjust coaching strategies to maximize improvement.
  • Collaborate with program directors on curriculum development and event coordination.

Qualification
