We are seeking a passionate Leader Research and Development (R&D) to join our team at TACO Group in Cikande, Banten. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting testing on raw materials and finished PVC based products, leading new product development projects, and improving processes and resolving issues.
Responsibility
- Conduct testing on raw materials and finished PVC based products

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in research and development within the manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of PVC based products
- Ability to lead and mentor a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
