Responsibility
- Manage and oversee all legal matters of the company
- Provide legal advice on corporate governance and compliance issues
- Negotiate and draft contracts and agreements
- Handle legal disputes and litigation
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the company
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal management
- Strong knowledge of commercial law and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
