We are seeking a Licensed Chemical Technician to join our onsite laboratory team in Calabarzon & Mimaropa. In this role, you will perform chemical analyses of samples, operate laboratory instruments, and support quality control processes that ensure the highest standards of product reliability for our customers. This is an onsite, hands-on position designed for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and value collaboration across multiple departments.
As part of the laboratory team, you will analyze raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products using calibrated equipment, maintain precise documentation, and contribute to method development and validation efforts. You will calibrate instruments, prepare reagents, run routine tests, and interpret results to support process optimization and yield improvement. You will also participate in safety trainings and ensure strict adherence to GMP/ISO guidelines, waste management, and chemical handling procedures. The role offers exposure to modern analytical techniques, data systems, and cross-functional projects that influence product quality and compliance.

Responsibility
- Conduct chemical analyses of samples using standard methods and calibrated laboratory instruments to support quality control and process monitoring.
- Operate and maintain analytical equipment (spectrometers, titration setups, pH meters, chromatographs) with routine calibration and data validation.
- Record, verify, and report data with meticulous attention to traceability and documentation in LIMS or similar systems.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance, and R&D teams to troubleshoot deviations and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards (GMP/ISO), including proper waste handling and chemical storage.
- Prepare and analyze sample solutions, prepare reagents, and assist in method development and validation as required.
- Assist in equipment maintenance, inventory management, and stocking of chemicals and lab consumables for the laboratory.
Qualification
- Licensed Chemical Technician or recognized certification/licensure appropriate for the Philippines, with a degree in Chemistry or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a chemical laboratory or QC environment (industrial setting preferred).
- Strong knowledge of analytical techniques, instrumentation operation, and data recording practices.
- Solid understanding of GMP and ISO quality systems, safety protocols, and chemical hygiene.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently and in a team.
- Effective communication skills in English; ability to document results clearly and present findings to cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work onsite in the Calabarzon/Mimaropa region with flexibility to support production needs.
