As a Logistic Staff, you will collaborate with warehousing, shipping, procurement, and transportation partners to ensure inbound and outbound goods are processed correctly and on schedule. You will help maintain accurate records, monitor stock levels, assist with cycle counts, and support the implementation of standard operating procedures. This position offers hands-on exposure to everyday logistics tasks, data entry, and process optimization in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibility
- Support daily receiving, put-away, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping with accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouses, carriers, and procurement to ensure on-time inbound and outbound shipments.
- Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and uphold inventory accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records in our ERP/WMS and generate basic reports for internal teams.
- Assist with labeling, packing optimization, and quality checks to ensure safe and compliant goods movement.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and enforce safety and SOP adherence.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in logistics, supply chain, or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of logistics operations and warehouse processes.
- Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25-30 pounds and perform light manual handling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
