Responsibility

  • Provide a warm, personalized welcome to guests and manage seating within the lounge area.
  • Take beverage and light food orders, upsell house specials, and process payments accurately using the POS system.
  • Prepare and serve drinks and light bites according to standard recipes, ensuring quality and presentation.
  • Maintain lounge cleanliness, restock supplies, and keep stations organized and well stocked.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely service.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and responsible service standards; report incidents to supervisors as needed.
  • Support upselling of premium offerings and seasonal promotions to enhance guest experience and revenue.
  • Assist during events or private functions as required, providing exceptional service across multiple seating areas.

Qualification

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality coursework is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in lounge, cafe, bar, or hotel front-of-house roles.
  • Excellent communication and guest-facing interpersonal skills in English; Filipino is a plus.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor.
