Primepower Manpower Services is actively seeking a dedicated Lounge Service (F&B) professional to join our hospitality team in Makati City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our lounge, delivering exemplary beverage service and warm, attentive hospitality in a fast-paced environment. As a member of the lounge service team, you will contribute to a premium guest experience by assisting guests with beverage selections, serving with accuracy, and maintaining a spotless, organized lounge area. You will collaborate closely with the service and bar teams to ensure smooth operations, monitor stock and cleanliness, and adhere to all safety and hygiene standards. Responsibility
- Greet guests, present menus, and seat guests in a courteous, professional manner.
- Take beverage orders promptly and serve beverages in the lounge area with attention to presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge, bar, and service stations.
- Ensure stock levels, replenish supplies, and assist with inventory control.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene standards, and cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with the service and kitchen teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
- Upsell beverages and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and sales.
- Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualification
- College graduate with proven F&B experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced lounge environment and maintain composure under pressure.
- Knowledge of basic beverage service and POS/cash handling is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and safety.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
