Responsibility
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by providing outstanding service and upselling luxury products.
- Conduct in-store events, tutorials, and product demos to engage customers and drive brand awareness.
- Maintain immaculate product displays and ensure replenishment of premium stock.
- Stay ahead of beauty trends and share latest innovations with clients and team members.
- Build loyal client relationships through follow-ups and tailored beauty advice.
- Accurately process sales transactions and handle POS operations efficiently.
- Collaborate with brand ambassadors and corporate teams for exclusive launches and campaign execution.
Qualification
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in luxury beauty retail or cosmetics consulting.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated strong sales acumen and customer-centric mindset.
- Extensive product knowledge across skincare, makeup, and fragrances.
- Professional grooming and high attention to presentation detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic retail environment.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and special events as required.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and inventory management tools is a plus.
