Responsibility
- Provide tailored skincare consultations to high-end clientele.
- Perform product demonstrations and educate customers on luxury skincare lines.
- Maintain immaculate store presentation and uphold brand standards.
- Drive sales goals through exceptional customer service and upselling.
- Develop client relationships for repeat business and brand advocacy.
- Collaborate with team members on in-store events and promotional campaigns.
- Stay updated on new industry trends and product launches.
- Accurately handle sales transactions and maintain CRM records.
Qualification
- 2+ years' experience in beauty retail or luxury skincare environment.
- Passionate about beauty, skincare, and holistic well-being.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency with POS systems and CRM tools.
- Professional appearance and positive, polished attitude.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Certification in cosmetology or esthetics preferred.
