FPT Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking a highly capable M27 - Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic Singapore team. Responsibility
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver scalable full-stack web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices with a focus on performance, security, and scalability.
- Own features from conception through deployment, including writing tests and contributing to CI/CD pipelines.
- Optimize frontend performance and ensure accessible, responsive UI across devices.
- Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Work closely with DevOps for cloud deployments, monitoring, and incident response.
- Champion best practices for security, data privacy, and quality attributes.
- Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and continuously improve development processes.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of full-stack software development experience with proficiency in frontend (React, Angular, Vue) and backend (Node.js, Java, Python, .NET).
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, data modeling, and database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, TDD/BDD, and modern development workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills; ability to work in a cross-functional team.
- Understanding of security best practices and performance optimization.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and own delivery end-to-end.
