Responsibility
- Consult with clients to understand vision, occasion, and skincare needs
- Apply makeup with precision for a variety of skin tones and lighting conditions
- Develop and execute makeup looks for weddings, fashion shoots, events, and red carpet appearances
- Keep tools and workspace impeccably clean and organized in line with health guidelines
- Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and creative directors to achieve cohesive visuals
- Provide on-site touch-ups and makeup refreshes as needed during events
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and share recommendations with clients
- Mentor junior artists and contribute to a positive studio environment
Qualification
- Proven experience as a makeup artist with a strong portfolio
- Certification or formal training in makeup artistry preferred
- Expertise in bridal, fashion, editorial, and beauty makeup
- Proficient with airbrush makeup and traditional techniques
- Excellent knowledge of skin types, color theory, and sanitation standards
- Strong communication, client-relations, and time-management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and events
- Proficiency with a range of professional makeup brands and tools
