This role is designed for a detail-oriented finance professional who will partner with store operations and executive leadership to plan, analyze, and steer rolling forecasts that support stability and growth across the Philippines market. Based in Makati City, you will own the monthly management accounting cycle, including forecasting, variance analysis, and performance reporting for Christy Ng Philippines stores. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, accurate cash flow projections, and adherence to internal controls. Your work will influence strategic decisions, pricing, procurement, and cost control initiatives while upholding the highest standards of financial reporting.

Responsibility
- Lead monthly management accounting processes including forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting for Christy Ng Philippines.
- Prepare accurate, timely management reports and dashboards to support operational and strategic decision making.
- Own rolling forecasts for revenue and expenses; collaborate with operations and procurement to ensure data integrity.
- Support month-end close activities and assist with journal entries, account reconciliations, and balance sheet reviews.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and cost control.
- Ensure internal controls are followed and assist with internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Contribute to financial modeling for new initiatives, store openings, and capital expenditure evaluations.
Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in management accounting, FP&A, or a similar role; experience in FMCG/retail is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel abilities; experience with ERP systems (eg, SAP, Oracle) is desirable.
- Solid understanding of local accounting standards (PFRS/IFRS) and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to influence decision-making at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in a retail or restaurant context is a plus.
