As a Management Trainee, you will rotate through key functions in food & beverage, front office, and support services, learning how each unit contributes to profitability and guest satisfaction. Responsibility
- Assist in day-to-day restaurant and hotel operations to ensure seamless guest experiences and smooth service delivery.
- Shadow and rotate across F&B, front-of-house, and housekeeping to gain a holistic view of hospitality operations.
- Participate in training modules covering service standards, inventory control, cost management, and safety compliance.
- Support guest relations by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with staff onboarding, scheduling, performance feedback, and team development.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety procedures to meet regulatory requirements.
- Lead small projects and initiatives that improve efficiency, guest experience, and revenue.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field; or actively pursuing.
- Strong interest in F&B and hotel industry with a desire to grow into leadership roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment; customer service orientation.
- Willingness to rotate across departments and learn multiple functions.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and reliable with a collaborative mindset.
- Basic computer literacy; comfortable with MS Office and hospitality software.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
