We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our Development Fund team at Tan Tock Seng Hospital. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic development and management of fundraising initiatives to support our healthcare and medical programs.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in fundraising and donor relations.
Responsibility
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet revenue targets
- Manage donor relationships and cultivate new partnerships
- Lead a team of fundraising professionals to achieve department goals
- Create compelling proposals and presentations to secure funding
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising or development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management abilities
