Dexcom, a global leader in continuous glucose monitoring technologies, is seeking a highly skilled Manager, Cybersecurity Engineering to join our dynamic Information Security team in Bonifacio Global City, Metro Manila. As a key member of our Infosec division, you will lead the cybersecurity engineering function, shape security strategy, and ensure robust protection for Dexcom's critical systems and data.

Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cybersecurity engineers to deliver high-quality security solutions.
- Define and execute cybersecurity engineering strategies aligned with Dexcom’s business objectives and global policies.
- Oversee the design, deployment, and management of security architectures, systems, and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best-in-class security practices for infrastructure, applications, and networks.
- Evaluate emerging security technologies and recommend enhancements to continuously strengthen Dexcom’s security posture.
- Coordinate incident response efforts and ensure effective management of potential threats, vulnerabilities, and breaches.
- Drive security automation and process efficiency to streamline cybersecurity operations.
- Prepare and present regular security metrics, status reports, and improvement recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in information security or cybersecurity engineering, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, controls, and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
- Proven experience managing teams and leading security engineering initiatives in complex environments.
- Expertise in cloud security, network defense, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and keeping abreast with latest cybersecurity trends and threats.
