Tan Tock Seng Hospital seeks a strategic leader to guide the digital community strategy and enablement program across the organization. As the Manager, you will drive workforce digital adoption, shape scalable programs, and steward systems-level transformation that improves patient outcomes and staff experience within a leading public healthcare institution in Singapore.
In this role, you’ll partner with IT, digital health, communications, clinical leadership, and operations to align initiatives with the hospital’s mission. You will design and govern digital engagement across online communities of staff, clinicians, and partners; create best-practice guidelines for content creation, platform usage, and governance; and lead change management to ensure successful adoption of new tools and workflows. You will analyze engagement, adoption, and impact data to optimize programs and demonstrate value to senior leaders. You will manage budgets, third-party vendors, and internal resources, ensuring programs are delivered on time and within scope.

Responsibility
- Lead development and execution of a hospital-wide digital community strategy that drives workforce adoption of digital tools and platforms.
- Build and steward online communities for staff, clinicians, and partners; enable collaboration, knowledge sharing, and feedback loops.
- Collaborate with IT, digital health, communications, and clinical leadership to align digital initiatives with organizational goals.
- Establish governance, guidelines, and best practices for digital engagement, content creation, and platform usage.
- Analyze engagement metrics, user feedback, and adoption trends; translate insights into program optimization and reporting for leadership.
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and internal resources for digital enablement programs.
- Lead change management and training programs to improve digital literacy and adoption across the organization.
- Drive systems-level transformation by identifying opportunities for digital-enabled process improvements and better patient care.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Digital Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in digital strategy, community management, or enablement in healthcare or large organizations.
- Proven track record implementing digital adoption programs and change management initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence at senior levels.
- Experience with data analytics and dashboards; familiarity with healthcare privacy and data security considerations.
- Knowledge of healthcare IT systems (EHR, patient portals, collaboration platforms) is a plus.
- Project management and vendor management experience; ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative healthcare environment and manage competing priorities.
