Responsibility
- Lead and oversee daily operations of the AI Unit to ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
- Drive implementation of AI-driven projects that improve clinical, operational, and administrative outcomes across KTPH and YCH.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams comprising clinicians, IT professionals, and project managers to deliver impactful healthcare solutions.
- Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and budget to ensure successful execution and sustainability of initiatives.
- Analyze healthcare workflows and identify opportunities for process optimisation through AI and automation.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with internal stakeholders, technology vendors, and research collaborators.
- Facilitate change management, staff training, and adoption to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for hospital leadership and external stakeholders.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in hospital operations, healthcare administration, or project management.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application within healthcare settings.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change, implement new processes, and manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with data-driven projects, healthcare IT systems, or digital transformation initiatives is preferred.
