Join Korn Ferry as a Manager of Quality Assurance/Quality Control to collaborate with the Senior QA/QC Manager in developing and enhancing Quality Management systems to ensure consistency and reduce non-conformance. Responsibility
- Lead quality assurance and control activities
- Implement and monitor QM systems
- Conduct audits and inspections
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Train and mentor QA/QC team members
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proven experience in QA/QC management
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Quality management certification is a plus
