We are seeking a dynamic Manager or Senior Manager to lead Digital & Smart Service Development, driving the next generation of digital health solutions that enhance clinical outcomes, streamline operations, and improve the patient experience.
As the leader of the Digital & Smart Services team, you will oversee end-to-end delivery of strategic projects—from discovery and user research to design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization. You will collaborate with clinicians, nurses, administrators, and IT colleagues to translate clinical needs into scalable, secure, and compliant digital services that integrate with hospital workflows and electronic medical records.
Your role will emphasize patient engagement, data-driven decision-making, and rapid prototyping. You will define roadmaps, establish governance, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and data privacy standards. This is a hands-on leadership position that requires strong communication, change management, and the ability to motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibility
- Lead the strategy and execution of Digital & Smart Service Development initiatives, aligning with clinical needs and organizational goals.
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle: discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation optimization.
- Partner with clinicians, nurses, IT, and operations to translate clinical requirements into scalable digital solutions that integrate with EHR systems.
- Define success metrics, KPIs, and measurement plans; monitor adoption, impact, and ROI; report to senior leadership.
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and third-party partners; ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation.
- Establish digital governance, data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance across all initiatives.
- Lead change management efforts, training, and stakeholder engagement to drive adoption and sustainable benefits.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of project managers, analysts, and developers; stay ahead of healthcare technology trends.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, information systems, computer science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in digital health, healthcare IT, or equivalent, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record delivering digital transformation in a complex hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong project/program management skills; PMP/Prince2 or equivalent certification preferred.
- Experience with digital health platforms, EHR integrations, telehealth, patient engagement tools, and data analytics.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and data privacy/security best practices in healthcare.
