Join Frasers Property, a global real estate and hospitality group, as a Manager or Senior Manager of Finance for Frasers Hospitality. This leadership role oversees the finance function for a portfolio of hospitality entities operating across multiple jurisdictions, delivering rigorous financial control, strategic insights, and exceptional stakeholder service.
As a key partner to regional operations and executive leadership, you will drive financial planning and analysis, consolidation, and statutory reporting across entities, regions, and markets. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning for revenue, operating costs, capital expenditure, and financing structures, translating data into actionable recommendations that enhance profitability and return on investment. You will ensure compliance with IFRS/FRS, manage tax planning and compliance, oversee treasury operations and cash management, and maintain strong governance and internal control frameworks.
Your leadership will extend to managing month-end close cycles, coordinating external audits, and delivering timely, accurate management reports and dashboards to regional leadership and the board. You will drive process improvements across finance systems and controls, optimize working capital, and partner with IT and business teams to implement ERP enhancements (SAP or Oracle) to improve data integrity and reporting speed. You will mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement.

Responsibility
- Lead financial planning and analysis for a portfolio of hospitality entities across multiple jurisdictions, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Ensure accurate consolidation and statutory reporting; manage month-end close, intercompany reconciliations, and financial controls.
- Oversee treasury and cash management, liquidity planning, banking relationships, and working capital optimization.
- Partner with operations and senior management to drive profitability, capital expenditure evaluation, ROI analysis, and cost-control initiatives.
- Manage external audits, statutory filings, tax planning, and cross-jurisdictional compliance with IFRS/FRS requirements.
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team; provide coaching, succession planning, and professional development opportunities.
- Implement and optimize ERP systems and finance processes (SAP or Oracle), ensuring data integrity and scalable reporting.
- Prepare timely management reports and dashboards for regional leadership and the board, delivering insights to inform strategic decisions.
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; professional qualification such as CPA/CA or equivalent required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, ideally within hospitality, real estate, or a diversified conglomerate.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS/FRS, statutory reporting, internal controls, and governance frameworks.
- Proven leadership and people-management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams across multiple jurisdictions.
- Excellent analytical, planning, and communication skills; able to present complex financial information to senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle), financial modeling, and advanced Excel; experience with data analytics is a plus.
