As a key member of Google Cloud's leadership team in Singapore, you will oversee the strategic direction, growth, and operational excellence of our professional services business across JAPAC. Responsibility
- Set and execute the growth strategy for Google Cloud Professional Services across the JAPAC region.
- Lead and inspire high-performing teams to deliver exceptional cloud consulting and implementation services to enterprise clients.
- Establish strong, trusted relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders at customer organizations.
- Drive large-scale digital transformation projects that maximize the adoption and impact of Google Cloud solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to align solutions with customer business objectives.
- Oversee operational excellence, project delivery, and financial performance of the professional services division.
- Represent Google Cloud at industry events, conferences, and in the media as a thought leader in cloud transformation.
- Identify new market opportunities and contribute to the continuous improvement of service offerings.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in professional services, consulting, cloud architecture, or digital transformation roles.
- Demonstrated success in leading large, diverse teams across multi-country and multicultural settings.
- Deep understanding of cloud technologies, enterprise IT landscapes, and industry best practices in digital transformation.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills at the executive level.
- Proven track record in business growth, P&L responsibility, and strategic planning in technology services.
- Ability to travel within JAPAC as needed to meet client and internal stakeholder needs.
- Experience working within or consulting for Fortune 500 companies is highly desirable.
