As a member of our Global Content Evaluation team, you will:
- Conduct thorough assessment of multimedia content (music, video, books, podcasts, and smart speaker outputs) to evaluate relevance, accuracy, and quality.
- Apply defined guidelines to rate language fluency, pronunciation, metadata accuracy, and content coherence.
- Record results in internal dashboards with precision and timeliness; provide concise, constructive feedback to improve content and processes.
- Flag policy violations, misleading information, or quality concerns and escalate complex issues to team leads when needed.
- Perform regular quality audits to ensure consistency across tasks and calibrate scoring.
- Collaborate with global teams to refine evaluation criteria and contribute ideas for process improvements.
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining high-quality outcomes; document blockers and suggestions for workflow improvements.

Qualification
- Excellent command of English (native or near-native) with strong listening and comprehension skills.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Interest in audiovisual content and entertainment formats; familiarity with streaming services, podcasts, and e-books is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with reliable internet and a quiet workspace; comfortable in remote or hybrid environments.
- Prior experience in content moderation, data annotation, labeling, or quality assurance is a plus.
- Proficient with web-based tools, data entry systems, and basic software applications.
- Strong time-management, communication, and collaboration skills.
