Asclepius Drugstore Med. Lab and Allied Services Corp. is actively seeking qualified professionals to join our dedicated healthcare team in Iloilo, Western Visayas. We are hiring for three essential roles - Medical Secretary, Pharmacist, and Radiologic Technologist - to support our patients with compassionate service, accurate medication management, and safe diagnostic imaging.
In this multi-role opportunity, you will collaborate with clinicians and support staff to ensure seamless operations, high-quality patient care, and strict compliance with regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include front-desk coordination and medical records management for the Medical Secretary; accurate dispensing, pharmacovigilance, compounding, and inventory control for the Pharmacist; and operating radiographic equipment with proper safety protocols for the Radiologic Technologist. You will also participate in routine quality checks, maintain documentation, and support overall clinic operations to enhance patient satisfaction.

Responsibility
- Medical Secretary: greet and assist patients, schedule appointments, manage medical records and coding support, coordinate patient communications, and support billing and front desk operations.
- Pharmacist: dispense medications accurately, review prescriptions, counsel patients on proper use and potential interactions, manage drug inventory and compounding, and ensure compliance with dispensing software.
- Radiologic Technologist: perform diagnostic imaging (X-ray and related procedures) with attention to image quality, safety, and patient comfort; operate radiology equipment and maintain quality control.
- Safety and compliance: uphold patient privacy and confidentiality, follow privacy regulations and local laws; maintain infection control standards.
- Collaboration: work closely with physicians, nurses, and lab personnel to ensure coordinated patient care and timely results.
- Documentation: accurately record procedures, results, and billing information; maintain organized and up-to-date patient files.
- Quality improvement: participate in routine audits, inventory checks, and process improvements to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction.
Qualification
- Medical Secretary: Certificate in Medical Secretarial or health administration; at least 1 year of front-desk experience; proficiency with medical records systems.
- Pharmacist: Licensed Pharmacist in the Philippines; Bachelor of Pharmacy; minimum 1 year of experience in community or hospital pharmacy; knowledge of dispensing software and drug safety practices.
- Radiologic Technologist: Licensed/registered radiologic technologist; Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology; strong patient care and radiation safety knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment; strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency with MS Office and health information systems; accurate data entry and documentation.
- Commitment to patient confidentiality and privacy; adherence to regulatory and safety standards.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training.
