Responsibility
- Evaluate patients' social, emotional, and economic needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Coordinate with healthcare team to facilitate patient care
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families
- Advocate for patients' rights and resources
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
- Valid license to practice as a Social Worker
- Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and compassion for patients in need
