Responsibility
- Design impactful creative assets for paid social campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
- Create engaging digital ads, banners, static graphics, short-form animations, and visual content for various online platforms
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and strategy teams to interpret briefs and bring campaign concepts to life
- Adapt and optimize creative assets for mobile, desktop, and diverse digital formats
- Stay updated with the latest graphic design and digital advertising trends to ensure innovative deliverables
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all creative assets
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for new campaigns
- Ensure all files are prepared for web and social delivery, adhering to best practices and technical specifications
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, or related field
- 2+ years of professional experience in digital and/or paid social design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Canva, or similar platforms
- Strong portfolio showcasing paid social, digital ads, and motion graphics
- Solid understanding of social media ad formats and best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong self-management
- Attention to detail and ability to manage tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment
