Private Advertiser is seeking a dedicated and licensed Midwife to join our health care team in Jakarta Raya. This full-time position focuses on delivering high-quality maternal and newborn care, conducting prenatal and postnatal assessments, and providing compassionate clinical services to our patients. The successful candidate will work within a supportive clinic environment, uphold patient safety, and collaborate with physicians and support staff to deliver evidence-based care aligned with best practices.
As a Midwife, you will play a key role in prenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care, including labor support, fetal monitoring, and newborn care education. The role emphasizes patient-centered communication, documentation accuracy, and adherence to clinical guidelines. You will engage with patients and families to provide counseling on pregnancy, delivery planning, breastfeeding, and newborn care, while maintaining a calm and professional bedside manner.

Responsibility
- Provide professional midwifery care for pregnant, laboring, and postpartum patients.
- Conduct prenatal assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Assist during labor and delivery, monitor fetal well-being, and manage routine obstetric emergencies within scope of practice.
- Educate patients on pregnancy, childbirth options, breastfeeding, and newborn care.
- Maintain accurate medical records, documentation, and follow-up plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinic staff to ensure high quality patient care.
- Adhere to infection control, safety protocols, and clinical guidelines.
- Provide emotional support and clear communication to patients and families.
Qualification
- Certified Midwife with a valid practicing license in Indonesia.
- Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience in midwifery or obstetrics is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of prenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care.
- Excellent communication and patient rapport skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting and multitask effectively.
- Proficient in medical documentation and data entry.
- Fluent in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
- Compassionate, ethical, and team-oriented with a patient-centered approach.
