Tri Adi Bersama is seeking a proactive and reliable Mitra Kurir Motor to join our logistics team in Jakarta Selatan. In this full-time role, you will be the frontline ambassador of our delivery service, responsible for picking up and delivering packages with speed, accuracy, and courtesy. You will work in a fast-paced urban environment, coordinating with customers, partners, and dispatch to ensure every shipment reaches its destination on time and in good condition. As a motorcycle courier, you will manage end-to-end delivery tasks, from verifying pickup details to confirming delivery with proofs of receipt. You will leverage mobile tools to track your routes and shipments, and you will continually refine routes and time management to maximize daily performance. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and a commitment to professional service. Responsibility
- Safely operate and maintain a motorcycle for timely package pickup and delivery within designated routes.
- Plan efficient delivery routes, verify recipient addresses, and ensure package integrity during transit.
- Pickup packages from partners or depots and hand them over to customers with professional courtesy.
- Utilize handheld devices and apps to capture proofs of delivery and update shipment status.
- Monitor shipments for delays, communicate proactively with customers and supervisors, and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, safety compliance, and adherence to traffic laws and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service, build trust, and represent the company with a positive image.
- Maintain accurate delivery records, logs, and inventories according to standard operating procedures.
Qualification
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; eager to learn and grow in logistics.
- Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) with a clean driving record and compliance history.
- Prior courier or last-mile delivery experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Jakarta routes and street networks; ability to navigate using maps and GPS.
- Excellent time-management and punctuality; capable of meeting delivery windows.
- Physical stamina to lift and carry packages as required; able to work in varying weather conditions.
- Customer-service oriented with good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Honest, reliable, and able to work independently as part of a larger team.
