Responsibility

  • Safely and promptly deliver orders to customers, maintaining food quality and presentation.
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service, answer questions, resolve issues, and collect feedback.
  • Represent Waffle Time Inc. with professionalism and a positive attitude while on duty.
  • Verify order details with the kitchen and ensure packaging, temperatures, and accuracy.
  • Use mobile devices and delivery apps to manage orders, track routes, and update customers on ETA.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards for delivery bags, vehicle, and personal appearance.
  • Assist in store operations or promotions as needed and collaborate with team to meet daily targets.

Qualification

  • High school diploma or equivalent; previous delivery or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable mode of transportation for deliveries; knowledge of Iloilo routes is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills; friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Basic math and cash handling skills; comfortable using smartphones and delivery apps.
