Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts for mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms.
- Design and maintain automation frameworks for mobile testing using the latest automation tools and methodologies.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to understand requirements, resolve issues, and deliver outstanding mobile experiences.
- Identify, document, and track defects, working proactively to ensure timely resolution.
- Perform regression testing, compatibility testing, and exploratory testing on diverse mobile devices and OS versions.
- Continuously optimize and improve the mobile testing process to drive quality and efficiency.
- Review and analyze user stories/requirements for validity and feasibility from a QA perspective.
- Generate and present test reports, metrics, and recommendations to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mobile application testing (iOS and Android).
- Strong expertise in automation testing frameworks such as Appium, Selenium, Espresso, or XCUITest.
- Proven ability in creating, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts for mobile devices.
- Familiarity with mobile development lifecycle, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar platforms.
- ISTQB or similar software testing certification is a plus.
