Private Advertiser is seeking a highly skilled Monday.com Solutions Architect to design and optimize monday.com ecosystems for a diverse client base. In this remote, full-time role, you will translate business needs into scalable workspace configurations, automations, dashboards, and data models that drive efficiency, data accuracy, and stakeholder alignment. You’ll partner with clients, gather requirements, and deliver end-to-end solutions that are intuitive for end users and flexible enough to grow with evolving business needs. This position offers the opportunity to lead complex implementations from discovery through handoff, with exposure to multiple industries and processes.
As a Monday.com expert, you will champion best practices in workspace architecture, governance, and change management. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—sales, customer success, and engineering—to ensure successful adoption and measurable outcomes. The right candidate is technically proficient, highly collaborative, and comfortable communicating with non-technical stakeholders while maintaining rigorous attention to detail and project timelines.

Responsibility
- Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of monday.com workspaces, including boards, groups, items, automations, dashboards, and integrations.
- Collaborate with clients to capture requirements, map business processes, and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Develop and maintain complex automation workflows to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.
- Create dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights and support decision-making for stakeholders.
- Manage client relationships, provide proactive support, and drive user adoption through training and change management.
- Architect data models and governance practices to ensure data quality, security, and appropriate access controls.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes and enhancements.
- Document configurations, provide knowledge transfer, and mentor junior team members as needed.
Qualification
- Proven experience designing and delivering Monday.com solutions for enterprise or agency clients.
- Strong expertise in monday.com features, including boards, automations, dashboards, apps, and integrations.
- Hands-on experience with API integrations and connectors (e.g., Zapier, Make/Integromat) to connect monday.com with external systems.
- Excellent communication and requirement-gathering skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Project management experience and a track record of managing client-facing projects from discovery to delivery.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Relevant education (Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field) or equivalent hands-on experience; Monday.com certification is a plus.
