\nWhat you will do:

- Review and validate mortgage applications and supporting documents for completeness and compliance with lender guidelines. \n
- Coordinate with borrowers, brokers, lenders, and internal teams to gather information and resolve issues promptly. \n
- Prepare accurate loan packages and disclosures, ensuring adherence to KYC/AML and regulatory requirements. \n
- Input and maintain data in the CRM and loan origination systems; generate status updates and performance reports. \n
- Assist in risk assessment, exception handling, and quality control to minimize processing delays. \n
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and providing timely updates to clients. \n
- Support team growth through process improvements and proactive communication. \n

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) \n
- 1-3 years of experience in mortgage processing, loan administration, or banking operations \n
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and KYC/AML regulations \n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English \n
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office; ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy \n
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities \n
- Ability to work onsite in Ortigas and collaborate with cross-functional teams \n
