  • Review and validate mortgage applications and supporting documents for completeness and compliance with lender guidelines.

  • Coordinate with borrowers, brokers, lenders, and internal teams to gather information and resolve issues promptly.
  • \n
  • Prepare accurate loan packages and disclosures, ensuring adherence to KYC/AML and regulatory requirements.
  • \n
  • Input and maintain data in the CRM and loan origination systems; generate status updates and performance reports.
  • \n
  • Assist in risk assessment, exception handling, and quality control to minimize processing delays.
  • \n
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and providing timely updates to clients.
